Materials

Patterns are printed onto a variety of wallcovering materials. Color, texture, and scale will vary depending on the material in which it is printed. I recommend ordering a sample before making your final purchase.

Samples

Samples of each available pattern can be ordered in the sample shop. Sample swatches are 9”x 12”. Samples come in all available wallpaper materials, prints, and colorways. I recommend ordering samples in order to see print scale, color, and material quality.

Installation

I only recommend using a professional wallpaper installer. Wallcoverings come with hanging instructions included with each roll.

We cannot be responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation.

Care

Care for each type of wallcovering material is different. Please refer to the care instruction included on the label of the wallcovering roll. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by improper care.

Payment

For retail customers we accept debit and credit cards.

For Trade customers we accept credit cards, checks and Zelle.

Returns

Since our wallpaper is printed to order we do not accept returns. I recommend ordering a sample to see wallpaper color, quality, and material in which it is printed.

Damaged goods

Please examine your order upon arrival and before it is installed. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement may be sent if the damage is reported within 14-calendar days. Please e-mail info@nikiwadlington.com to make a claim. Please note that an order cannot be accepted once used (*The entire order must be returned). Please take photographs and save all original packing in case we need to file a claim with the shipper.

Cancellations

Please make your selections carefully as we cannot accept cancellations since wallcoverings are printed to order.

Minimums and Calculations

One roll minimum

We do not offer wallpaper estimates. Please contact a professional installer for an estimate. Installers have their own requirements for calculations and overage, they are responsible for specifying the quantity.

The product listing on our website will have the width, repeat and format information that your installer needs to know when estimating. Dimensions and how the paper is sold are important for your estimate. If additional paper is required it will likely be from a new production that can have a very slight difference in color.

Lead time

In order to keep inventory to a minimum, all orders are printed when the payment is received. Lead time can be up to 6 weeks after receipt of payment. Lead times are estimates and may fluctuate.

Samples ship in about 7 days.

Shipping

We use UPS and USPS. Special handling requests are subject to extra change. Please email info@nikiwadlington.com if you have a special shipping request.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

We only ship to the US for now.
